　　Job Summary

　　The Dishwasher is responsible for kitchen cleanup, including cleaning and returning dishes to the proper place, clean and sanitize the dish area and assisting the Assistant Cook with cleaning/sanitizing work areas.

　　Essential Functions

　　Responsible for washing and returning all used dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups and glasses to proper placesWash and sanitize dish cleaning area and food preparation areas at the end of each shiftSweep and mop kitchen floors when custodians are unavailablePerform as a team member during lunch service to include serving meals and removing used dishes from tablesTreat un'ina (clients) with respect and courtesyAdheres to the Kenaitze Indian Tribes policies, procedures and Tribal Court Codes to include, but no limited to, reporting cases of suspected vulnerable adult, elder or child abuse or neglectMaintain confidentialityEnsures compliance with Tribal, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, Tribal policies and TERO ordinanceIt is the intent of this job description to highlight the essential functions of the position; however, it is not an all-inclusive list.
