　　As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

　　Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.

　　Apply coats of paint, varnish, or stain to interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to hotel standards.

　　Select and mix paint colors to match specified color schemes or design requirements.

　　Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint evenly and smoothly.

　　Ensure proper coverage and finish by applying multiple coats of paint as necessary.

　　Protect furniture, fixtures, and flooring from paint splatters or damage during the painting process.

　　Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces prior to painting.

　　Assist in the selection and purchase of painting supplies and materials.

　　Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.

　　Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear during painting activities.

　　Collaborate with other technicians and hotel staff to ensure timely completion of painting projects.

　　Assist in maintaining an inventory of paint and related supplies.

　　Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in painting and interior decoration.

　　Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

　　Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes, and color matching.

　　Ability to read and interpret painting instructions and blueprints.

　　Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.

　　Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions, including bending, stooping, and reaching.

　　Excellent color perception and ability to distinguish shades and hues.

　　Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to painting.

　　Strong communication and teamwork skills.

　　Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

　　Creative problem-solving abilities.
