Description

　　Robert Half Finance has partnered with an established property management company to recruit for a Senior Accountant. Our client is an industry leader with a portfolio of commercial/retail assets across multiple markets. As a Senior Accountant, you will be tasked with financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting for your portfolio of properties. To succeed in this role, you must be proficient at analyzing information. In this full-time role, you will be well compensated, offered great benefits, and have the chance to grow.

　　What you get to do every single day

　　Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

　　Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes

　　Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary

　　Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Requirements

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　2+ years of overall general accounting experience within real estate

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Skillful in analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Yardi experience

　　Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　BA/BS in Accounting

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills
