TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator- NI/MOD in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for creating and managing invoices, billing schedules and maintaining customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Bills projects based on contract value and percent complete accounting.Prepares and submits invoices per customer requirements.Maintains standard or SOV templates according to AIA standards.Completes assigned tasked as detailed in the Shared Services SLA manual.Submits of billing logs to branch for completion on time in order to complete billing.Completes initial PPandE billings within one week of contract booking OracleBilling of retention within 5 days of receiving final acceptanceBilling approved turnover requests within 1 business dayProcesses change orders within 10 days of receiptCompletes credit/rebill/revisions within 5 days of requestReviews of monthly under/overbilling report and providing explanations of under billed jobsMaintains project information on the billing log to ensure proper bill timing and trackingReviews of material shipping report in preparation for material billingUpdates percent complete information within OracleNotification to sales, contract admin, and operations for contracts that have not been executed prior to material billingDevelops working relationships with all both internal and external customersPerform other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED (general education degree); one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior Elevator Experience preferredOracle database knowledge
