The opportunity
We are looking someone good in :
Builds and maintains good relationships hospital key decision maker accounts (Hospital Pharmacy Head, PPK, and Purchasing) which includes major strategic customers within the designated area
Identifies, develops and create new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the company products by raising their profile with key person Pharmacy (Pharmacist, Frontliner) and distributors (PBF), clinics, institution
How you’ll spend your day
To develop business key accounts and Conduct regular meetings with key decision maker in hospitals (Hospital Pharmacy Head, PPK, Purchasing) to understand their needs and link them to the company's producs strategies as of sales and promotion program
Identifies, develops and create new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the company products by promoting the company product portfolio to Pharmacy (Reguler, Retail, Chain), PBF, Clinics
To monitor the sales activities to Pharmacy (Reguler, Retail, Chain), PBF, Clinics the to ensure that the program was implemented as planned in pharmacy
To maintain and always keep update accounts profile, understand the profile which they cover annually as the information data
To Maintain and always keep update with medical and product knowledge to increase Actavis product understanding
To prepare and make a promotional program, ensure the implementation and evaluation in order to support sales activities
To implement and monitor the promotional program including promotion materials in order to align with promotional program
To monitor the competitor activities, customer preferences and pricing in BPJS market, product availability survey, collect product availability data and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectivity and to ensure the product availability
Together with Medical Manager in continuing and following up customer complaints related to the drugs safety monitoring and to assist QA department in following up the customer complaints in relation to the product quality in order to ensure the Actavis product quality and to improve customer services
Ensure the compliances to the QEHS procedure, regulations and company policy
Your experience and qualifications
Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in pharmacy, marketing, science or other related field
1-2 years’ experiences as sales representative in pharma industry
Flexibility on travelling
Computer iteracy and basic English
