As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Valrico, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a bustling retail environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure atmosphere for shoppers and staff. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with the public, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Wed04:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have at least 1 year of security experience.

Florida Security Professional Guard Card required.

Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
