  Estamos à procura de uma pessoa que liderará um time de account managers para desempenhar um papel estratégico na equipe de recrutamento, contribuindo para desenvolver uma gestão efetiva e o hunting de novos parceiros para contribuir com o crescimento da Amazon.

  Nesta oportunidade, você será responsável por desenvolver um time de até 6 Account Managers, estabelecendo estratégias bem pensadas que combinam as demandas de recrutamento, analisando dados de negócios, trazendo novos negócios para o fornecedores e realizar análises detalhadas para identificar oportunidades para o crescimento através de decisões estratégicas para o negócio.

  Essa posição se integrará com várias equipes em toda a organização da Amazon. A pessoa team lead de gerente de contas bem-sucedida é uma boa ouvinte, comunicadora, solucionadora de problemas de forma eficaz e é capaz de equilibrar as necessidades da Amazon.com e seus parceiros de negócio.

  We are looking for an Account Manager leader to play an important role in the recruitment team, helping to develop effective management and hunting for new partners to contribute to Amazon's growth.

  In this opportunity, you will be responsible for developing a team of up to 6 Account Managers, establishing well-thought-out strategies that match recruitment demands, analyzing business data, bringing new business to suppliers and performing detailed analyzes to identify opportunities for growth through strategic decisions for the business.

  This position will integrate with multiple teams across the Amazon organization. The successful Account Manager team lead person is a good listener, communicator, and effective problem solver and is able to balance the needs of Amazon.com and its business partners.

  Key job responsibilities

  Desenvolver distribuidores estratégicos, que exigem uma gestão mais próxima para garantir o crescimento do seu negócio e a disponibilidade para o cliente da Amazon, de forma sustentável e escalável;

  Trabalhar com os fornecedores para garantir que eles estejam operando de forma eficiente em nossas ferramentas;

  Alinhar com as principais partes interessadas a estratégia de negócios;

  Analisar e acompanhar os principais KPIs para garantir o desempenho dos vendors;

  Sugerir melhorias no processo e ajudar os parceiros internos a levá-los à conclusão;

  


Develop strategic distributors, which require a closer management to ensure selection growth and availability for Amazon customer in a sustainable and scalable way

  Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.

  Align with the key stakeholders the business strategy

  Analyze and track key KPIs to ensure the distributors performance

  Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree

  Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching
