　　Duties

　　We are looking for a Account Manager Specialist (Harrisburg, PA or Timonium, MD) to join our team!

　　Summary -

　　Services PHLY's Select, Preferred, National and Global brokers enhancing relationships. Has regional assignments and partners with marketing rep in developing and supporting agency relationships. Focuses on more complex tasks that elevate the agent experience.

　　A typical day will include the following:

　　Manages combined new and renewal books for assigned Select, Preferred, National and Global brokers

　　Acts as subject matter expert and liaison for the above noted key agencies

　　Deploys, trains and acts as Subject Matter Expert providing support for portal rollouts and other new technology impacting agents

　　Takes a primary role in the renewal transaction including ownership and responsibility for executing on renewal retention and rate execution goals

　　Provides sales support on new opportunities including triaging and prequalification of new business submissions

　　Maintains ownership for cross-selling functions, and achieving individual premium production goals

　　Responsible for Producer Management including Licensing and onboarding along with management of Producer Hierarchy and contacts

　　Qualifications

　　Sucessful candidates will have the following:

　　High School graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred

　　Minimum 6 years of related industry experience; insurance industry experience preferred (not required)

　　An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

　　P&C license required
