　　Hiring CooksPerform routine preparation and production duties following recipes, POS system, basic knife skills and proper equipment operation/handling. 

　　Must Have:

　　Fast paced line cook experience preferredKnife skills and grill experience preferredAbility to multi-taskRequires flexible availabilityAble to lift 50 poundsCan work "on their feet" for extended periods of timeAble to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time, handle stress and remain cool under pressure.Regular, reliable, predictable attendance requiredRelated training and/or job experience that would enable applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform jobBe able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actionsPay: Average $26-30/hour including tips (base rate $17.25-20/hour + tips)*

　　*In the unlikely event the base rate + tips in a workweek do not meet or exceed the    

　　  minimum wage, cooks will be paid at least the minimum wage of $19.97/hour.
