This position is remote/field based, supporting regional retailers in both Ontario & Quebec. This position requires an individual who is bilingual in English and French.

What You Will Do
The Account Manager will play a multi-functional role on the Quebec Drug Team. Working with Senior Account Manager/s and Team Lead/s, you will have responsibility to develop and execute business plans on assigned categories/brands with select retailers. You will be tasked to deliver across a variety of performance indicators, including Net Trade Sales, Point of Sales (POS), Share Growth and Trade Investment Management. You will serve as process owner to ensure accurate and timely submissions for New Products, Discontinuations, Cost Changes and other system updates to the National Procurement Department of the customer. You will achieve these objectives by living into The Kenvue Behaviors and by building collaborative relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, Shopper Marketing and fellow Team Members).
Deliver against Brand objectives/strategies within assigned customer/category portfolio
Utilize analytics and insights to shape joint value opportunities for Kenvue & customer across the following KPI’s - Sales growth, return on investment, profitability, category growth
Negotiate annual promotion and merchandising plans, new product listing and revenue growth management
Optimize assigned Customer Trade investment and provide accurate customer forecasts
Coordinate and deliver information required for sku Listings, sku discontinuations and cost changes
National Procurement process lead for new product listings, discontinuations and cost changes across the full team
Provide support for priority projects/analytics, as required
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred
A minimum of 2 years professional business experience in CPG sales, marketing, customer development, business analytics, and/or category management
Bilingual in French & English (both written and spoken) is a requirement for this role
Ability to prioritize and to effectively balance multiple projects/initiatives
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data
Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications required
Strong analytical skill set and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and shape a business story
Demonstrated ability to navigate in a matrix organization, developing relationships and moving past barriers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is needed
In-depth computer skills, with the ability to create, manipulate, revise, and modify data, documents, presentations, and spreadsheet
