Provide timely documentation of each encounter with a patient includingsymptoms addressed, need for current treatment, and rationale for anychanges in treatment.
Work in collaboration with other treatment team members to ensurequality of care and consideration of services.
Conform to standards of timelines in attendance, documentation andquality as defined by agency guidelines and quality assurance plan.
Seek immediate consultation with physician for the following:
-Emergent conditions requiring prompt medical intervention orhospitalization
-Acute decomposition of patients\' condition
-Patient problems that are not resolving as anticipated
-If diagnostic, prescriptive or therapeutic procedure/intervention whichcannot be performed by the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Maintain required level of continuing education and preferreddevelopment activities.
Attend all team meetings, supervision, and clinical hours scheduled.
Attend a weekly review meeting with the Psychiatrist/or RN, LPN, or CNAas to the care and follow up of adults that need medical checks and/ormonitoring of psychotropic medicine.
Provide follow-up psychiatric care including monitoring ofpharmacological interventions for assigned patients.
Assist in quality assurance plan for medical needs of consumers andmedication management concerns.
Comply with all Tusa Ngefor Behavioral Health Services Policies andProcedures.
Comply with Federal Confidentiality Law to protect the rights of theconsumer.
Address all internal complaints or concerns with your direct supervisor:Medical Director. If no resolution can be found, the Medical Directorwill notify the Chief Administrator.
