　　Job Description

　　As an Account Associate of Spare Parts and Repairs / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting and advising our new and existing customers for our parts business in special purpose machinery, automation and industrial robotics.

　　It is your responsibility to achieve yearly sales and margin targets in your national or international sales region.

　　Managing and sourcing from global suppliers, coodinating and managing customer delivery.

　　You continuously observe and analyze the market and competitive situations and initiate appropriate measures, their conception and implementation to achieve sales and profit targets.

　　Your tasks include supporting the development of cross border sales strategies, as well as working on various local and international business development projects.

　　Qualifications

　　Associate degree in business administration, mechanical / electrical engineering or a comparable field. Bachelor degree preferred.

　　2-3 yrs min of experience in maintenance or building machinery, automation, or industrial robotics, or selling/purchasing products and/or services in the Manufacturing Industry.

　　Team oriented with good communication skills, sales-oriented mindset and assertive

　　Knowledge in the field of purchasing and logistics as well as order processing; Good SAP knowledge in SD and/or MM

　　English, other languages like Spanish are an advantage

　　Entrepreneurial mindset, creative and flexible
