Description We are in search of an Account Executive | Client Solutions Manager to join our team in DES MOINES, Iowa. This role will primarily revolve around the development and maintenance of client relationships within the technology industry. As part of our team, you will be tasked with the growth of our client base, the selection of candidates to meet client needs, and the assurance of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand our client base by marketing our services for placement solutions

• Utilize various communication methods such as video and telephone, and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with key decision makers

• Engage in local association and networking events to enhance our presence in the business community

• Provide exceptional service by maintaining ongoing contact with our clients and professionals currently on assignment

• Take swift and efficient action to resolve any customer service issues to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Utilize your B2B Sales and Consultative Sales skills to meet and exceed weekly business development goals

• Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce.com and High-Technology to manage client relationships

• Employ your experience in Consulting Services and Pre-Sales Consulting to select well-matched candidates for client job orders Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in B2B sales.

• Expertise in consultative sales techniques.

• Experience in high-technology industries.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce.com software.

• Experience in offering consulting services.
