  Role Overview

  Join us as a dynamic Account Executive to champion the adoption and sales of View Smart Building Cloud products in the UK and Europe. You will forge pivotal customer and partner relationships, lead strategic sales efforts, and oversee seamless technical implementations. Represent View Smart Building Cloud with pride as the company's ambassador in the vibrant real estate market.

  Key Responsibilities

  Nurture and grow customer and partner relationships, guiding them from first contact to post-implementation success.

  Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and surpass sales goals.

  Manage the end-to-end customer and partner journey, from lead generation to deal closure.

  Drive wide-scale adoption of the View Smart Building Product Suite, enhancing client engagement.

  Be the face of View in the UK and Europe, promoting our cutting-edge smart building solutions.

  Desired Skills and Experience

  A successful history of software/SaaS sales, especially with enterprise accounts.

  Established connections within the commercial real estate, IT, or technology sectors.

  A solid grasp of Networking Protocols, VLANs, IP subnetting, and IT network troubleshooting is beneficial.

  A track record of developing strategic account plans and executing them with precision.

  A relationship-builder at heart, with a passion for nurturing long-term connections at all company levels.

  Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach.

  Outstanding communication abilities and organizational skills, thriving under pressure.

  Education

  Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years (preferred) of sales and technical solution deployment experience in the real estate industry.
