GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for day-to-day management of Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) activities in assigned markets in the Western Area. Develops plans driven by LDA goals and objectives. Maintains the highest level of integrity in all areas of responsibility. Builds and maintains professional relationships internally, with Lexus Western Area team, the Lexus dealer body and other Team One departments. Account Executive will oversee a mix of markets within the Lexus Western Area as well as provide support across larger LDAs.
Day to Day:
Manage all day-to-day LDA activities in assigned markets
Track and manage designated markets budgets and cash flows
Coordinate agency resources and capabilities as they pertain to LDA’s marketing, fulfilling media creative assets as needed
Lead discussions and maintain consistent communication with clients to identify business challenges, provide solutions and ensure needs are met
Coordinate and lead quarterly LDA marketing meetings
Exhibit strong points of views with sound strategic thinking and business acumen
Develop and deliver enthusiastic, pertinent and persuasive presentations for in-market meetings and one-on-one dealer visits
Collaborate with media and and experiential marketing teams to review business challenges and provide strategic recommendations for assigned markets
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Act as a liaison between Lexus dealers and agency teams
Strive to bring value to the Lexus and LDA business
Help to position Team One as an indispensable marketing partner to both Lexus Dealers and the Lexus area office
Maintain knowledge of strategies and creative work
Maintain and preserves integrity of agency efforts throughout activities
Represent Team One as an indispensable marketing partner to both Lexus Dealers and the Lexus area office
Develop knowledge of the automotive industry and provide forward thinking to guide client’s business
Maintain integrity and professional relationships with Lexus Dealers
Extended hours are common and teams involved are expected to be flexible to meet project deadlines
Office-based but frequent travel for meetings and events
Provide account support across top Western markets and internal Western team operations
Experience: 2-3 years of regional marketing experience. Automotive experience a plus.
Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent; Advertising/Marketing degree preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
This person must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with understanding of budgets and financials
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have a strong strategic acumen and curiosity
Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Candidate should possess a charismatic and varied communication style and must be willing to be on call for client needs and requests

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $58,500.00 - $92,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application window for this job posting will end 03/11/24.
