Our SAP Enterprise Systems Team, embedded within the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization, builds key technical solutions that serve our Business, Partners and End Customers. The collection of SAP tools, applications and technologies that the team supports, powers critical Apple functions in the Finance, Sales, Retail, Services and Operations groups. We design and implement groundbreaking custom solutions that apply next generation tools & technologies. We use 3rd Party SaaS, Cloud, iOS apps, SAP BTP, DI (ML, AI, NLP, etc.), and even those based on longstanding traditional SAP ERP applications. Presently we are on the lookout for a proficient professional to join our SAP Solution Architecture team. This individual will begin to become involved and significantly contribute to our S/4HANA upgrade program. The role primarily involves conducting technology assessments, with a focus on tools, that can assist with the evaluation of enterprise processes effected by our transition to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will promote the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) within our SAP functional and Business teams. You will help to educate this audience on when and how to best utilize BTP when crafting custom solutions. A critical part of this role will require an understanding of Fiori technologies, iOS integration, and AI/ML services. Your guidance provided to project teams crafting solutions will be based on sound principles and information technology capabilities. Work alongside one of our senior team members presently responsible for architectural definition and standards. This position requires a blend of strategic technology insight along with practical implementation realities.

　　Key Qualifications

　　8+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SD/MM or SAP FICO, showcasing a deep understanding of core SAP application capabilities

　　Shown expertise in implementing diverse technologies, including SAP BTP, iOS, and Fiori, with a strong grasp of modern integration methods when connecting to both on-prem and cloud environments

　　System upgrade / migration experience, specifically when transitioning to S/4HANA or HANA solutions

　　Practical experience with solutions built on SAP BTP coupled with the provision of insightful direction to functional teams ensuring a smooth transition to such "cloud-based" solutions

　　Experience rolling out projects using the iOS SDK and Fiori solutions, adding a practical edge to our SAP environment

　　Excellent communication capabilities while engaging with various team members, crafting clear and articulate messages noting the advantages that technology shifts offer

　　Proficiency documenting and steering technology-driven changes while ensuring integration and performance will be stable and seamless once introduced

　　You'll bring an SAP functional perspective to the table, keenly assessing and integrating new tools and processes to streamline business operations Your role is pivotal in championing the SAP BTP Platform strategy, working closely with the technology team to ensure smooth adoption by various SAP functional teams Your passion to communicate effectively across all levels - horizontally and vertically - sets you apart, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and evaluating emerging SAP technologies and their fit within the Apple SAP landscape Dive into the nitty-gritty of technical solutions and business requirements when needed, demonstrating your comprehensive expertise Influence decisions where "everybody wins” across multiple organizations in an effort to achieve the best possible outcome for a given situation Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders (Dir and above) from both Business and IS&T groups, in order to pitch ideas, solutions and standards / processes felt to be helpful to the SAP landscape Work closely with functional project delivery managers, technical team members, and business leadership Exhibit excellent judgement and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
