Description:
We are looking for a Growth Executive to support our Licensing Sales team in achieving and surpassing our goals. This role is directly responsible for conducting Sales calls in order to close deals with merchants interested in generating incremental profit for their business. You’ll work with our Pre-Sale teams to target new merchants, develop pitch materials, refine our sales talk tracks, and mostly importantly, grow the business through your sales prowess!
This role is hybrid with expected work hours of 9AM - 4PM pacific time from Monday - Friday.
We expect 1-2 days of in-office attendance per week in one of our 2 main offices in the West Coast
San Francisco headquarters located at 303 2nd St, San Francisco, CA 94107
Tempe, AZ office located at 1033 W Roosevelt Way, Tempe, AZ 85288.
What you'll do
Sell merchants on the value of licensing one of our high-performing brands
Build your sales pitch and accelerate your sales cycle with the goal of closing new deals as quickly as possible
Share on-the-ground insights with cross-functional partners to problem solve and help you achieve your goals more easily
Communicate strategically and clearly with both prospects and internal teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
About you
You have prior experience working in a sales teams and are comfortable pitching new products in order to close delas
You are a team player who is goal-oriented but also finds ways to unlock your team's potential
You are interested in customer-facing roles and feel comfortable conversing with them in both verbal and written formats
You are a clear verbal and written communicator and can display this from day one
You do not mind operating in Google Sheets and improving their setup
You are an owner, always looking for opportunities to learn and better your -sales skills
You are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have Qualifications
Strong work ethic with an ability to work 35+ hours per week
Prior experience working with Business Development professionals, Account - Executives or Sales Development Representatives
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience working with Google Suite
