  Job Description

  What You'll Do:

  XDRs support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through various activities including brand and prospect research and creating Champagne assetsProspecting: Identifying leads at a particular company that fall under one of Sprinklr'sBuyer Personas and could reasonably purchase or be an end-user of Sprinklr's platform.To be used for SDR outreach.Research: Identifying news, strategies, initiatives, or other relevant or engageable content of either a particular company or particular prospect. Again, to be used in SDRoutreach.Dashboard Creation: Building customized Benchmarking or Listening dashboards with Champagne to be used within SDR outreach

  Implement 2 new Champagne dashboards - aid SDRs in identifying and pursuing high-potential leads.Reduce SDR manual efforts by 20%

   Engagement with Tier-3 Accts:

  25% increase in response ratesImplement automated follow-up sequences - 15% increase in engagement.

  Continuous Data Enrichment:

  Integrate multiple solutions for ongoing data enrichment - 20% reduction in manual data entry

  Continuous Learning and Development

  Training Completion for the Market Research team on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in leveraging technology for data enrichment.

  Improve Research Repository

  Update Industry vertical content on SharePointMonthly publish Industry Dashboard for all verticals

  SKILLSET

  Research: Awareness of research methodologies at account and prospect levelStrategic Thinking: Developing a clear vision of the POV for each account from SDRs and transforming it visually through dashboardsCommunication skills: Interaction with internal stakeholders such as SDRs, AEs Case Management: Activity planning and prioritizing requests for the daySocial Media Awareness: Understanding of social media channelsSocial Media Analytics: Build insights from social media activityLead GenerationLead EnrichmentCRM Tool awareness: SalesforceResearch & Prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc

  ACTIVITIES

  Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify key prospects and areas for opportunity to personalize Sprinklr's positioning.Conduct secondary research for targeted accounts w.r.t Industry, and Account Insights. Identify opportunities and strategize an approach to create interest.Use prospecting tools to identify right contacts based on our ICP, verify contact details for SDRs to engage. Build prospect insights to offer personalization during outreach.Manage Insights and Dashboard requests from SDRs following a 24-hour SLA to project delivery. Conduct analysis on the engagement & social listening data to share actionable insights useful for initial outreach and discovery.Train the SDRs on platform w.r.t usage and interpretation.
