　　Job Description

　　Associate Manager – Revenue and Billing.

　　What You’ll Do:  

　　Review customer contracts for customer billing requirements, including billing cadence, billing and shipping addresses, payment terms, PO requirements, etc., to ensure completeness and alignment with related Salesforce opportunity.

　　Enter custom billing schedules and other required billing information in NetSuite.  

　　Perform billing for all new and existing customer contracts. 

　　Deliver customer invoices as per the customer preferred method including uploads to various customer portals, i.e., Ariba, Coupa 

　　Prepare regular billing forecasts for management reporting and analysis.

　　Prepare and report various billing metrics. 

　　Perform billing related SOX controls.

　　Ensure monthly revenue is billed in the correct period through system reporting and trend analysis. 

　　Gather support, calculate and manage billing for usage-based services. 

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Account Receivable, Credit and Collections to resolve billing issues 

　　Work closely with internal and external auditors and provide timely responses to any audit requests. 

　　Ad-hoc projects as needed. 

　　Requirements:  

　　Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  

　　Excellent attention to detail 

　　Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills to convey information and instructions in a clear, concise, and specific manner. 

　　Ability to cultivate a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, collaborative problem solving and achievement of objectives. 

　　Desired Skills and Experience 

　　 5+ years of experience in a general ledger accounting or billing role 

　　Post Graduate degree / Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field 

　　Familiarity with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, NetSuite accounting system and Salesforce CRM a plus
