Reports to: International Brands Director CEE
ABI Brands in Scope: Corona, Stella Artois, Beck’s, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Franziskaner, Belle-Vue, Lowenbrau
What will you do:
Lead alignment with ABI on yearly AOP, strategic plans and brand activation tools to successfully implement goals as per license and distribution contracts
Identify areas for improvement, plan and define ATL / BTL activities and secure tools and assets from partner side and internal resources to support brand performance
Coordinate and support the AOP planning process by making sure that contractual targets are clearly communicated, markets’ roles defined, and plans are created
Lead development and implementation of appropriate commercial executions for all brands in scope
Develop communication assets for licensed brands, that don’t have communication assets created by the license partner
Monitor all commercial aspects of brand performance and suggest corrective actions when needed
Be responsible for monthly performance review of internal and partner process to ensure that CEE markets’ activities are being continuously shared and aligned with ABI and that action plans are in place
Monitor brand performance on regularly bases, conduct necessary analysis and share reports with ABI
Closely working with market teams to coordinate Business Cases for successful internal and ABI approval
Identify the need and lead the development of regional multi-country brand toolkits to support ABI brands
Identify synergies in brand activation tools, best practices to be implemented across CEE markets and lead POCM process planning and ordering

You are holding master’s degree and have proven experience not less than 3 years in senior Marketing role and managing cross functional and cross regional projects
You can demonstrate skills related brand strategies and executing them across the marketing mix and driving bold cross functional projects
You can successfully structure and process large amount of data
You have good knowledge of European beer & beyond beer market
You are a confident virtual presenter with senior project & people management skills and have strong analytical skills
You can share examples of successfully working with internal and external clients and creating collaborative relationships
You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
You put people first, you’ve proven your ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills. You are a team player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
You are bold and decisive, you’re not fazed by working across different jurisdictions and you can use your ability to coach and train the rest of the team, generating followership and buy in from commercial colleagues.
You take accountability, you are a creative problem solver with a high level of motivation, you excel in an autonomous and proactive working environment.
