　　ITW Air Flow Management delivers differentiated value to the North American Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by addressing industry trends of autonomous driving, display integration and customized environments. We are a producer of interior components such as Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) and Air Registers bringing in approximately $88M of revenue.

　　We are part of a division with 3 locations and approximately 530+ employees in North America. Our manufacturing location are in Westminster, MA and Reynosa, Mexico. In addition, our Sales, Engineering and Product Development team are located in Troy, MI. This role will be in our Westminster Facility.

　　What are we looking for?

　　We are looking for a Mold Operator 1st shift for our Westminster, MA Facility. Westminster has about 45 employees with an annual revenue of $20M. The Mold Operator will inspect and packs products from one or more injection molding machines in accordance with operator instruction sheets and established procedures. Light assembly may be required. They will be responsible for ensuring quality products are packed.

　　Job Duties:

　　Read shop order and visual aid instructions

　　Verify shop order and label information

　　Record hourly production amounts for each machine

　　Get packaging supplies and assemble boxes as needed

　　Evaluate, weigh and record scrap at the end of a shift

　　Move finished product as needed

　　Perform thorough hourly inspections of products and record results

　　Maintain good housekeeping

　　Notify technicians to answer alarms and red lights as needed

　　Able to follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product

　　Able to perform operations to assemble and pack assemblies in prescribed packaging

　　Able to visually scan parts for quality defects before packing, applying labels and packing on skids

　　Understand and adhere to TS16949/ISO 14001 procedures specific to department

　　Must be able to apply simple math functions to determine correct quantities of product on finished skids

　　Lift up to 50 pounds (more than 35 with assistance) to skid product

　　Constant standing and walking or sitting for extended periods of time
