  Responsabilités :

  Développer de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement et établir des alliances stratégiques.

  Élaborer des stratégies commerciales.

  Diriger et participer au développement du produit de base en gérant des projets comprenant la préparation d'analyses de rentabilité.

  Diriger, développer et exécuter la stratégie relative aux produits de base.

  Identifier, analyser et réaliser des opportunités de réduction des coûts

  Créer des réseaux formels en interne et en externe.

  Agir en tant qu'interface unique avec les fournisseurs de nouvelles affaires.

  Soutenir les sites et/ou les unités opérationnelles avec des stratégies d'approvisionnement appropriées.

  Coordonner et diriger les négociations avec les fournisseurs en cas de réclamations liées à des problèmes de production dans les unités opérationnelles.

  Soutenir les unités opérationnelles dans l'application des recours contractuels contre les violations matérielles.

  Diriger les négociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs

  Veiller à ce que les contrats soient maintenus conformément à nos exigences commerciales.

  Coordonner les activités des agents chargés des achats par rapport aux objectifs du tableau de bord prospectif, aux plans directeurs et aux plans détaillés.

  Soutenir les agents d'approvisionnement dans leurs négociations contractuelles, les accords commerciaux et les négociations sur les changements de produits, ainsi que les modifications de contrats ;

  Participer à la gouvernance des initiatives de réduction des coûts et veiller à ce que les projets aboutissent.

  Participer activement aux examens du programme des fournisseurs menés par les unités opérationnelles.

  Développer et encadrer les membres de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les initiatives et les processus d'approvisionnement.

  Soutenir le gestionnaire de produits dans le processus de développement des performances.

  Compétences et qualifications :

  Licence en administration des affaires (achats, finances, économie) ou certificat d'achat.

  3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de contrats

  Excel - formules, VLOOKUP et tableaux croisés dynamiques

  Expérience SAP - traitement et extraction de données

  Lancement d'un appel d'offres

  Capacité à réaliser des études de marché et des analyses de contrats

  Bilingue (forte capacité de communication en anglais et en français)

  Responsibilities:

  Develop new sources of supply and establish strategic alliances.

  Develop business strategies.

  Lead and participate in the development of the commodity by managing projects that would include the preparation of business cases.

  Lead, develop and execute the commodity strategy.

  Identify, analyze and realize cost reduction opportunities

  Create formal networks internally and externally.

  Act as single interface with suppliers of new business.

  Support Sites and/or Business Units with appropriate sourcing strategies.

  Coordinate and lead negotiations of any claims with suppliers in support of business unit production issues.

  Support Business Units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches.

  Lead contract negotiations with suppliers

  Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance to our business requirements

  Coordinate the Procurement Agents activities in relation to the balanced scorecard objectives, the master plans and the detailed plans.

  Support Procurement Agents in their contracts negotiations, the commercial agreements and product changes negotiations, as well as the contracts amendments;

  Participate in the governance of cost reduction initiatives and ensure projects come to fruition.

  Actively participate in supplier program reviews led by the business units.

  Develop and coach team members on procurement initiatives and processes.

  Support commodity manager in the performance development plan process.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in business administration (Procurement; Finance; Economics) or procurement certificate

  3-5 + years in Contract management experience

  Excel – formulas, VLOOKUP and pivot tables

  SAP experience – data crunching and extracting data

  Launch RFP

  Ability to do market research, contract analysis

  Bilingual ( strong communication skills in English and French)
