VCA Village Park Animal Hospital is looking to expand its team with an Experienced Veterinary Assistant!

　　Job Snapshot:

　　Providing support to the entire veterinary hospital staff.

　　Perform basic laboratory procedures, including sample collection and analysis.

　　Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians.

　　Ensure there is a clean, comfortable environment for patients and clients.

　　Ensuring that treatment areas and exams rooms remain fully stocked.

　　Restrain patients during examinations and procedures.

　　Keep accurate medical records and logs.

　　Sterilize equipment.

　　Observe patients for obvious.

　　Observing patients for obvious signs of health concerns and reporting any findings to senior staff.

　　Stay updated on industry advancements and attend relevant training programs.

　　Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment protocols.

　　Experience:

　　Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant.

　　Passion for veterinary medicine

　　Schedule: Full-time opportunities, 30 - 35 hours. No scheduled weekends.
