　　The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

　　What You Will Do

　　The System Analyst will be responsible for supporting EPIC Beaker and Data Innovations Instrument Manager systems in an integrated environment for acute care and ambulatory Sharp HealthCare facilities. The individual will function within a high-performing team to meet customer, regulatory and IS infrastructure requirements for new application implementations and upgrades. Analyzes system problems, use creativity to provide viable solutions, execute detailed test plans, create thorough documentation, and conduct peer reviews of proposed solutions. The Laboratory and Ancillary Systems Support Team provides customer on-call support 24/7, testing and implementation of new releases, troubleshooting hardware and software; provide education/training to users, maintenance of the applications. Applications currently supported, but no limited to: EPIC Beaker, Data Innovations, Diabetes monitoring, Radiometer. A diverse customer base of clinical and support staff, management, and physicians.

　　3 Years Experience in a health system that include systems analysis and/or information technology activities.Other Qualification Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, such as Health Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Nursing, or Health Care Administration preferred. Relevant experience in excess of 3 years health Services, or appropriate certifications may be substituted. - Preferred

　　Complete all IT Proficiency Requirements within one year (if applicable). Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt preferred.

　　Proficiency in the applications supported by the department, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Project Web App.

　　Uses telephone frequently; must be able to hear and speak clearly by telephone.
