　　Scope of Job:

　　To provide product and customer service excellence to guarantee a world class visitor experience and memorable interaction to every one of our guests. Responsible for the maintenance of all LEGO® models within the attraction, creation of new LEGO® content and all external Model Builder communications and projects. As well as delivering fun, inspirational, and creative workshops to our guests – the Model builders of the future!

　　Key Objectives:

　　Design, build, remove, install, and repair all models for LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong.

　　Develop and lead the LEGO® play experiences to deliver fun, inspirational, and creative workshops to our guests.

　　Deliver memorable guest experiences through delivering the Merlin Way in every aspect of work.

　　Represent LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Hong Kong as spokesperson and social media lead.

　　Main Responsibilities:

　　Engage with guests via Master Model Builder workshop delivering fun, memorable, and inspirational interactions.

　　Lead the conceptualization, design, production, and installation of events both internally and externally.

　　Builds LEGO® models as requested by management ensuring that the brief is followed to deliver high quality models on time and on budget.

　　Take ownership of the Creative Workshop, pre-school workshops and school workshops, by overseeing and helping to deliver all classes and Educational Workshops as assigned.

　　Work closely with Marketing team to create and deliver a calendar of engaging social media content on LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong’s social media channels.

　　Represent LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong and Merlin Entertainments as needed through all media outlets, including but not limited to radio, TV, print, web. PR related activities, which will require them to serve as a spokesperson for the attraction.

　　Ensure the highest possible standards of all brick related product, including the maintenance and cleanliness of MINILAND and all models. Ensuring the availability of all wheel and brick within the attraction.

　　Work alongside the Guest Experience Manager to ensure the team are delivering memorable moments of service as measured in the mystery visits and KPI’s.

　　Host corporate events when required.

　　Travel as needed to support job responsibilities.

　　What we expect from the role:

　　Diploma or equivalent graduate of any disciplines

　　Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) and Mandarin

　　You are a fun individual that loves working as part of a team.

　　You are eager to learn with positive attitude.

　　You are self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.

　　You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills.

　　You have the ability to speak in front of groups and to interact effectively with our guests – primarily Children.
