Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations including establishing operational plans, work priorities; goals and deadlines, and implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service
Assist with financial planning, development, and management of annual budget and forecasts
Manage and control the processes to administer and budget
Support relevant management training, as requested
Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures
Will provide scheduled and special reports, finance, training, and senior management
Assist in the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts
Support the development of system wide policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of three years related work experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in a related subject
Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and human resources principles and procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with a diverse workforce
Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive
Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices especially those relating to safety and security
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs
Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
