　　Responsibilities

　　Warehouse Management:

　　Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.

　　Ensure that all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, is well-maintained and safe to operate.

　　Optimize warehouse layout and organization for efficient storage and product handling.

　　Implement best practices for order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

　　Inventory Management:

　　Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.

　　Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.

　　Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate and timely inventory replenishment.

　　Inventory Management Software:

　　Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments.

　　Train and support warehouse staff and technicians in the use of inventory management software.

　　Mechanical Skills:

　　Possess a strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on warehouse equipment and machinery. (Preferred)

　　At least mechanically inclined enough to charge a dead battery or crank up a generator (Required)

　　Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.

　　Safety and Cleanliness:

　　Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

　　Enforce safety protocols are in compliance with OSHA and EHS.

　　Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.

　　Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
