　　Your role:

　　As a support to the Contract and Claim Manager, your role will be crucial in supporting ongoing projects and day-to-day operations.

　　Contract Management Tool Substitution Project:· Fully support the ongoing project of substituting the current contract management tool.

　　· Map data from the former tool to the new one, adjusting and migrating contracts as needed.

　　· Analyze information in internal applications for the purpose of the new tool.

　　· Assist in the preparation and drafting of guidelines and manuals for the usage of the new contract management tool.

　　Guidebook Development:· Assist in drafting and modifying the guidebook for contracts and claims within the Procurement organization.

　　· Ensure compliance with current German legislation to standardize processes throughout the organization.

　　Contractual Baselining:· Collect and organize all correspondence related to contractual baselining.

　　· Support in the systematic organization of contractual documents.

　　General Support:· Provide general support to the Contract and Claim Manager as needed.

　　· Collaborate with Contract and Claim Manager to address various tasks and challenges.

　　Your Profile:

　　To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

　　Educational Background:· Currently studying in a legal specialty at the university.

　　· Preferably at least 3 years into the program.

　　Organizational Skills:· Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability.

　　· Ability to work independently without constant follow-up.

　　Technical Skills:· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

　　· Knowledge of SharePoint is a strong advantage.

　　Adaptability:· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

　　· Comfortable dealing with several complex tasks and situations simultaneously.

　　Analytical Thinking:· Possess an analytical and conscious way of thinking and approaching tasks.

　　Good German and English Skills complete your profile.
