Job Description The primary function of the SupplierDevelopment Team Lead is to manage the Supplier Development Engineeringteam, including workload distribution, while also managing personalSupplier Development projects. The selected candidate will establishteam goals and priorities, and ensure commitments are met. They willestablish a partnership with Strategic Sourcing key stakeholders, ensureRASCII alignment, set strategy, standard processes, and do performanceevaluations and feedback for the supplier development team. This rolewill have direct reports outside of the U.S. (Mexico, Asia, Europe).Main Responsibilities: Identify, coordinate, and lead to completiondevelopment projects at Rockwell\'s critical and strategic suppliers.This is broken down into two areas: 1) Developing and Onboarding newsuppliers to Rockwell\'s requirements and capability expectations, and2) Improving existing suppliers in areas of quality, cost, timeliness,and technology. A Senior SDE will have the proven capability to take onmore complex projects, a greater number of projects at a given time, andhave a broader reach across commodities, types of development projects,and across geographies.
