[Vision Care] Demand Analyst (Contractor), Supply Chain PLAN - 2406163420W
Description
The Demand Analyst will be accountable for supporting driving regional S&OP maturity, improving forecast accuracy and overall metrics, in collaboration with Regional Plan lead and demand Planners, and ensuring the demand forecast is generated, reviewed, and validated to enable visibility to product supply requirements. The Demand Analyst will work closely with the regional Commercial, Supply Chain Deliver, and Finance partners, as well as the global Demand Plan stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and generate a monthly analysis of demand, providing visibility to trends and anomalies to share with key stakeholders to enable better-informed decisions through the S&OP process.
Prepare, monitor, and report shared metrics (MAPE, BIAS, NTS $, etc.) to Regional and Global management.
Develop and maintain analytics to support continuous improvement (i.e. trends, forecast ability, Forecast Value Add), developing new and ad hoc reports as required.
Make recommended adjustments to the forecast based on this information.
Collaborate with regional Supply Chain delivery partners, the launch of new product introductions and discontinuation, and parameter setup according to the Demand Plan.
Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.
Ensure data integrity in planning systems to allow demand planning systems to plan accurately.
Load pack size-level demand forecast into the demand planning system following the Tactical Demand meeting and communicate changes to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications
Education:
University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentExperience and Skills:
Required:
Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
Sound analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret large amounts of data
Strong partnering and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to communicate across varying levels
Flexible approach with a balance between day-to-day operation and project & strategic activities
Self-directed and ability to work with limited supervision
Preferred:
Advanced knowledge of SAP, JDA or equivalent systems
Experience of working in an S&OP environment
Deep understanding of forecasting techniques
Other:
