Job Description

　　A leading company in the Mortgage Industry is actively seeking a Treasury Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a specialization in construction accounting and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the manual processing of warehouse-related loans(approx. 10/week) funded through Encompass and managing necessary reconciliations for reporting. This position also involves comprehensive management of loan processing and reconciliation tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and preparing and posting journal entries to the General Ledger. This individual will be expected to process corporate check deposits, work on process improvements, and handle ad hoc requests. Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves cross-departmental collaboration. Ideally, this individual will be adaptable, ready to cross-train in other Treasury functions, and prepared to handle both regular duties and special projects as assigned.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)

　　1+ years of related experience in mortgage, banking, finance, or any relevant industry

　　General knowledge of mortgage-related processes and regulations (preferably working knowledge)

　　Working experience with Encompass or comparable software

　　Intermediate-level experience with Excel (Ability to use V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) - Bachelor's degree

　　Working knowledge with Encompass, Loan Vision, AIQ, Banking and warehouse websites, and any other relevant systems/platforms

　　Experience working with construction/builder loans or related financial reporting null
