What We Need:
The Technical Product Owner will be a member of Data Analytics & BI team managing various capital projects with a Lead Product Owner mentor. Strong focus on gathering requirements from the business ensuring the Scrum team is doing the right work at the right time. As technical product owner, you will identify business needs and pass them on to the Scrum Team in a clear and comprehensive manner for projects using industry standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
Your Day to Day
Collaborate with the product team to define the data product vision.
Work with the team to set objectives and key results.
Develop awareness across the organization ensuring teams leverage data to drive decisions.
Attend, lead, and participate in Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings.

We’re Looking for:
Ability to manage upstream and downstream business communication related to product being developed and to meet critical business needs.
Ability to engage with the data architecture, solutions and platforms teams supporting enterprise data & integration transformation to understand our infrastructure, tools, and data.
Ability to drive technical design discussions, understand technical dependencies, and communicate requirements to engineering teams.
Ability to manage all forms of documentation for data products to support needs of analytics, engineering and operations staff.
What You Bring:
Positive progress toward Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university is required
Experience in working with SQL or NoSQL databases like Oracle, Netezza, Postgres DB, MongoDB.
Experience in working as product owner focused on healthcare industry.
Experience with Jira & Confluence for product management.
(Not required but helpful!) Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
(Not required but helpful!) healthcare domain knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You’ll Gain:
Product Owner experience delivering complex data solutions to internal and external partners.
Tool experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro, and standard MS suite.
Technical experience using Postgres, Snowflake, and SQL querying tools.
Leadership experience supporting Agile Scrum teams.
Agile experience leading and participating in all ceremonies and managing enterprise relationships.
Healthcare experience building expertise in domain specific delivery (Membership, Claims, Provider, etc).

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
