　　JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus has an immediate opening for the Head Women's Basketball Coach. Penn State Fayette is a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). This is a part-time opening reporting to the Director of Athletics.

　　Job Duties

　　Organization and administration of all phases of a comprehensive softball program, including practice and game preparation, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, scheduling, academic monitoring, and team fundraising.

　　Ability to effectively motivate student-athletes is essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards, healthy lifestyles, demonstrated leadership skills, ability to manage team dynamics, and a commitment to USCAA, PSUAC, and NCAA regulations.

　　Requirements and Qualifications

　　Baccalaureate degree required.

　　Successful background in coaching soccer and playing experience preferred.

　　The successful candidate should provide evidence of the ability to build a winning program consistent with the values of the USCAA, PSUAC, and the mission of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.

　　Additionally, an understanding of, and commitment to, PSUAC, USCAA, and NCAA Rules and Regulations is required.

　　Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.

　　Employment with the University for this job will require the operation of a motor vehicle as a part of the job duties. A valid US driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
