Specifically, the Team Member Experience sub-department within Marketing works to inspire and equip Franchise Operators with offering an elevated Applicant and Team Member Experience.
In this role, you are entrusted with building a partnership with field facing Staff and Area Support Teams. The partnership will equip field facing Staff on the available optional tools and new capabilities available to Operators as helpful resources. These partnerships will be strengthened by cross-travel and intentional collaboration at the Support Center. As a subject matter talent expert you will partner across your assigned region internally and externally to support collective efforts in successfully navigating this talent challenge. In addition to the Area Support Teams, you will also provide internal stakeholders with key information on our sub-department efforts. As a Liaison of this work, you will be partnering closely with Leaders throughout the Support Center (inclusive of Field Operations, Legal and Marketing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be well versed in leadership, talent, strategy and influence.
Additionally, this role will adhere to strong boundaries that honors the franchise agreement in which local Operators uniquely own their talent strategy. An optional third-party consulting resource will be established available to Operators to support them in their talent journey.

Responsibilities
Establish strong trusted specialist relationship with Regional Director, Area Support Teams, field-facing Staff, and other internal stakeholders
Deliver best-in-class Liaison services at the market level that strengthens the franchised Operator agreement
Enhance Area Support Team members' ability to have meaningful talent conversations that adhere to the boundaries of the franchise agreement
Externally at the local level, you will refer franchised Operators who desire assistance at the restaurant level to your team's independently, vetted national network of 3rd party talent consultants
Partner closely with Legal to ensure alignment with strengthening the franchise Operator agreement
Sit on Regional and Area Support Teams providing the leadership voice within the Team Member space
Stay current on new and emerging relevant TMX offerings via conferences, benchmarking, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Human Capital, or Marketing
8 years of relevant experience
2 years of full-time consulting experience and/or 2 years' experience consulting to hourly workforce
Passion for strengthening franchised operator agreement
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other leading productivity tools
