Your key responsibilities
You will be a member of the European Candidate Care Team and will be primarily responsible (90%) for cross-site appointment coordination and administrative support for recruiters in Europe, utilizing your organizational skills.As a competent contact person, you will interact with our international applicants, scheduling interviews coordinating the next steps in the process.You will closely collaborate with managers across different locations to coordinate & schedule (virtual) interviews, showcasing your organizational abilities.You will also manage the internal travel expense reimbursement process.Additionally, you will take on (partial) projects to continuously optimize our candidate experience and support the recruiting team in organizing team/recruiting events or other administrative tasks.
What we are looking for?
You have professional experience in an executive support or office administration role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.You have excellent German and English language skills. It would be a plus if you speak at least one other language, such as Spanish, French, or Italian.You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.You genuinely care about doing a great job.

Thanks to our flexible working hours model, you have the opportunity to work from home at any time. However, regular on-site presence (at least once a week) is essential for building strong relationships and maintaining personal contact with colleagues and departments.
