　　About Our Team

　　Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

　　As Talent Acquisition Intern for TikTok Trust & Safety's team, you will support recruitment for various roles such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, Program Managers and Algorithm Trainers etc. You will provide excellent candidate experience and look to optimise recruitment processes. 　　Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycle below:

　　Off-cycle Internship - 31 July 2023 to 12 Jan 2024

　　We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to the above internship period. Please state your availability clearly in the comments section (Start date, End date).

　　Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Support recruiters with resume screening, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

　　- Support talent market research efforts including talent mapping and sizing via a structured and data-centric approach.

　　- Contribute to recruitment-related projects including referral programs, talent engagement, and campus recruitment.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　- Strong interest in recruitment and the technology industry.

　　- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　- Good organizational and project management skills.

　　- Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. Data cleaning and analysis capabilities/experiences are preferred.

　　- Major in Human Resources/Communications/Psychology would be an added advantage.

　　- Able to work full time would be preferred.
