In this job, you will support a variety of systems activities in assigned functional area or business unit and maintain and update systems to maximize accuracy. You will also, audit the accuracy of information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the systems in addition to identify issues and work with systems design to implement new features.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a variety of routine activities related to business processes and systems.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies data, and ensures the accuracy of information.
Verifies and reconciles system data. Performs analysis of data errors and identifies issues.
Coordinates, tracks, and may report on the progress of assignments and/or projects.
Maintains and updates a variety of confidential and sensitive electronic and/or hard copy reports and records.
Represents the functional area or business unit by responding to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal sources.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
Other duties as assigned or required.
