  The successful candidate will provide financial analysis to Operational & Finance management on the financial performance of a portfolio of work within the ICON Biotech Solutions (IBT) team.

  You will use strong analysis skills and build relationships with internal stakeholders, to develop a deep understanding of the portfolio of work, to identify future financial risk/opportunity and partner with Ops & Finance colleagues to drive revenue growth and margin expansion actions.

  The Supervisor, Finance Business Partner duties include:

  Responsible for the financial management of multiple portfolios of work within the IBT portfolio

  Management of a team of finance professionals to deliver best in class financial support to operational teams

  Conduct periodic financial reviews with operational leadership teams to discuss study financial health and agree appropriate actions

  Preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for operations with insightful and action orientated commentary

  Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliations

  Identification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio

  Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations

  Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance

  As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

  Experience, skills & knowledge requirements for this role are:

  Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

  3+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis

  Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities

  Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.

  Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
