　　Your New Role...

　　CNN is seeking an experienced Archival Producer to join the team creating premium longform content exclusively for CNN Original Series. This is an ambitious and exciting unit that requires strong leaders and creative storytellers who have experience producing longform serialized content. An integral part of our production team, the Archival Producer must have an eye for both the narrative and the aesthetic; researching, sourcing and obtaining well-curated and compelling archive.

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　We are looking for someone who is as innovative, curious and creative as they are tenacious and organized.

　　The candidate should have a wealth of archival knowledge and extensive archival contacts, both domestic and international.

　　The candidate will oversee all archive on the series and will work within CNN’s existing archive and legal structure on clearances and licensing and cost documentation of all third-party material.

　　The candidate will work closely with all members of the production unit and must be a team player.

　　The ideal candidate is creative and has deep knowledge of news, history, and pop culture.

　　The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-based, creative environment, while meeting aggressive deadlines for on-budget work.

　　This individual will work to ensure that the content being produced meets the quality, and journalistic and legal standards of CNN.

　　This role is based in New York and is a 12-month fixed-term project position.

　　Qualifications & Experience...

　　Years of experience producing longform and feature storytelling.

　　Strong editorial judgment, and a knowledge of the digital landscape is required.

　　Ability to work enthusiastically in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

　　In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $77,840.00 - $144,560.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
