The New Product Manager position is an integral part of maintaining our innovative status in the marketplace. You’ll have a direct hand in developing the new product roadmap and strategy to achieve our short and long-term strategies.Duties/Responsibilities: Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Following company processes for new product development and change requests projects, outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conducts cost analysis, estimates expected costs for the project and drives projects to completion within project cost and scope. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between company, internal & external customers, and vendors, as applicable. Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Assures project deliverables are defined and delivered during project execution and completion. Performs other related duties as assigned.
