This role will be on-site in our Monroe, MI location!
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
Manage hourly workforce responsible for all warehousing operations: receiving, packaging, replenishment, picking, and shipping.Responsible for delivering objectives related to: safety, quality, efficiency, absenteeism, cost and cleanliness.Interact with other salary employees, and suppliers to deliver successful results. Carry out company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training, and personnel administration.Maintain a positive working relationship with hourly employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract.Facilitate crew meetings.Prepare/maintain work related records as needed.Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation). Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams.Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams. Schedule and coordinate inbound material and corrugate for packaging.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
High School Diploma or equivalency. 1+ years of experience working in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 1+ years of experience interpreting data and evaluating actions to make data driven decisions.

Strong organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees.Experience leading hourly associates. Self-motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness and ability to work multiple shifts and overtime per business need.
