Job Description

　　* Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, tech leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about business impact

　　* Bring an understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, begin to identify opportunities to provide feedback to the team, and embed learning and innovation in the day-to-day

　　* Work on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

　　* Ensures the team(s) lives Agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices that they agreed-upon to deliver the committed solutions

　　* Responsible for promoting and supporting Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and value

　　* True servant leader who serves the team(s) and larger organization

　　* Supports those outside the aligned team(s) to understand which of their interactions with the team(s) are effective and which aren't; helps everyone change these interactions to improve the value built by the Agile team

　　* Supports all aspects of risk management and impediment resolution

　　* Formal people leadership for a highly talented team of X Scrum Masters

　　* Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, or comparable Agile delivery leadership role

　　* Leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization

　　* Experience with agile development methodologies

　　* Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business

　　* Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges

　　* Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills null
