Train distributor service personnel, in relation to repairs, performance validations and forecasting of spare parts to ensure quality customer service.Coordinate with distributor and distributor’s service personnel to ensure appropriate and quick response to customer complaints/concerns.
Develop a spare parts monitoring system which should be implemented to distributors.
Monitor implementation of service and spare parts monitor.
Ensure that all instruments are in good working condition at all times, unless replacement parts are still unavailable.Appropriately respond within reasonable time to customer complaints regarding instrument malfunction, defect, usage and other technical enquiries on application/orientation of instrument operation.Perform on-site installation with distributor service personnel and product performance validation of instruments.
Perform relevant marketing support function (determination of leads, appropriate reply to customer concerns as needed) to support DS Specialists and
Marketing Leader to achieve business objectives.
Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Interaction:
Internal parties - Interact with all levels of staff in the Philippines and occasionally, with staff from other BD offices in SEA
External parties - Interact with distributors, hospitals, distributor sales teams
Position Requirement:
Degree holder in the field of Electronic Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ related experience from a diagnostic company
Strong customer service orientation
Hardworking, enthusiastic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel
