　　Job Overview

　　Designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Designs and develops security features of products including systems, applications and/or solutions. Ensures the security of all products is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Integrates new security features, updates into existing products, and resolves integration and testing issues.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Integrated Circuit Design, Physics)

　　7-10+ years of technical experience including full lifecycle developments with automotive electronics, integrated circuits, Sensor products/Platforms.

　　Experience in Software- and System- Development, Design, Requirement Management and Analyses, Software-Architecture, Software-testing, schematics, circuit diagrams.

　　Experience with refactoring methods, Design-Thinking, Pattern- and Object-oriented documentation or other standardization skills.

　　Experience with ALM-Tools like Codebeamer.

　　Experience with LabVIEW, Programming Rules and communication protocols, e.g. SENT and PSI5. A certificated LABVIEW developer will be an added advantage.

　　In-depth knowledge and expertise with ISO 26262 Automotive Functional Safety Standards, FIT analysis, and ASIC architectures (hardware and software) to meet ASIL requirements.

　　Experience in working with global technology and product development teams in a cross-functional, multi-site environment to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints

　　Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on practical approach and ability to make decisions when presented with a series of challenges, conflicts, and constraints.

　　Willingness to travel as required, 25%

　　Desired Skills

　　Master's Degree or PhD in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Physics, Mechatronics)

　　Experience in Sensing Technology (Hall, 3D Hall, PLCD, GMR and speed sensors)

　　Sensor Calibration and Testing Knowledge

　　DFSS (Six Sigma) Green Belt or Black Belt Certified

　　Standards Knowledge - IATF 16949, EN 9100, ISO 9001, AEC-Q-100, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE

　　Functional Safety (FuSa) Knowledge and Expertise
