Job Description

The ServiceNow Business Analyst forms part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst the person will collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) function to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs as it pertains to utilization of ServiceNow for the HR Function. They will act as a specialist within IT for HR, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services. 3+ years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles required. They will have knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes. An understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes and good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business. Working knowledge of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module is highly desired.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering,

* 3 years of experience as a business analyst

* ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery)

* Experience writing unit testing scripts and running unit tests

* User acceptance testing

* Creation of user stories

* Experience working for a global organization null
