JOB SUMMARYThe Senior QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and health ofthe product being developed and the overall business. Responsible fordeveloping and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of qualitysoftware applications. Involved in test planning, writing testcases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. Works on projectsof high complexity within one or more development environments. Works onmultiple programs/systems as a project team member. Considered a subjectmatter expert for a single program/system. Play a critical role indelivering a high-quality product that exceeds the expectations ofcustomers, clients, end users, product team, and stakeholders.

　　MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and executes test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage basedon product requirements and specifications.Responsible for understanding business end-to-end domain and requirements,and running test cases against them to minimize the production defectsIdentifies and documents defects or issues found during testing and accuratelyreport them to the development teamCollaborates closely with developers to communicate test results, discussissues, and work together to resolve defects and improve the product qualitySets up and configuring the required test data, accounts for test executionHelp troubleshoot issues in the lower environments and productionsDocuments test plans, cases, and results for traceability and knowledgesharingContributes to process improvement initiatives for continuous enhancementConduct post release testingConduct API Testing, Biller Testing and Configuration TestingDefines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defectcounts, test results and test statusCollects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements,and integrates them into business processes to address the business needsDocuments all problems and assists in their resolutionDelivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internalquality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partnersPerforms quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure qualitystandards, procedures and methodologies are being followed
