Description

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual for the role of Medical Receptionist. This integral position requires an individual who thrives in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment and can fulfill varied responsibilities with efficiency and ease.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Warmly answering incoming phone calls and addressing inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff.

Handling patient check-in and check-out processes swiftly and efficiently.

Informing and discussing membership details and benefits with patients.

Executing a variety of office responsibilities efficiently, proving to be a jack of all trades.

Updating and maintaining a current patient list for our practice.

Performing light data entry tasks to update patient records and other relevant data.

Coordinating a cash-based practice and maintaining accurate billing records.

Checking in, on average, 20-30 patients per week, with the ability to handle intake appointments that may last up to two hours.

Ideal candidates will be personable, detail-oriented, and adept communicators with a basic understanding of medical terminology.

Requirements
