Job Description
An employer based in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver is looking for a Tier 2 Service Desk Specialist to join their growing Service Desk team. This person will be responsible for supporting all employees across time zones. They will be acting as the Tier 2 specialist, supporting and helping with escalations from the Tier 1 team. They will work daily with technologies like Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications, Dell and Mac hardware, and working with various ticketing systems including Service now. ITLI experience is also required.
This is a hybrid role that sits on site in Cherry Creek 3 days a week (any days the candidate chooses) and will be a part of a Service Desk team that values promotion within the company. This role is posted at a base salary level from $65-75,000.00/yr.
Skills and Requirements
3+ years in an IT Service Desk Role
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware (Dell and Mac)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
Leadership skills for assisting with coaching and training of the Tier 1 support team null
