　　ABOUT THIS ROLE:

　　At Atmosphere one of our top priorities is to take care of the people who make our company great. The chosen candidate for this position will help execute Atmosphere's day-to-day HR operations. They will serve as a key member of our HR Team and will report to our Global HR Director . This is an on-site role at our beautiful new headquarters in Austin, Texas.

　　ABOUT YOU:

　　We're looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years of general experience who is passionate about HR operations, systems, and compliance. You will be responsible for executing various functions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Atmosphere's HR team.Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build something new. Someone who isn't afraid to suggest and implement new solutions through a pragmatic approach.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Support end to end HR Operations responsibilities, including onboarding & offboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and process employee changes in a timely manner.Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.Support other HR processes as needed, including performance management and compensation reviews.Provide analysis and reporting on HR data as required.Assist with internal communication and change management projects, with the goal of fostering a positive employee experience.Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.Provide HRBP support to the business as needed.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　At least 5 years of combined HR experience.Broad knowledge of US HR policies and procedures.Experience with UK HR is a huge plus. Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly desired.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; intermediate knowledge of MS Excel desired.
