Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will join a large group focused on building, implementing, and enhancing ML solutions supporting pharmaceutical business units. This person will be responsible for overseeing 5 development/data teams creating roadmaps, tracking deliverables, leading ceremonies, and tracking/reporting on progress made. This person will be responsible for extensive coordination and documentation and should have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment. The pay rate range for this role is $60-$65/hr. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

- Roadmap creation, tracking, ceremony facilitation, and progress documentation

- Data/ML product experience

- Pharmaceutical industry experience

- Excellent communication null
